Terms of Service
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms govern your use of the Warehouse Atlas website and matching service (the “Service”), operated by Warehouse Atlas (“Atlas,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service — searching capacity, submitting a match request, or listing a facility — you agree to these terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent that you can bind that company.
2. What the Service is — and is not
Warehouse Atlas is a routing and matching platform. We connect parties seeking warehouse or 3PL capacity (“Brands”) with facilities that may be able to provide it (“Operators”). We are not a warehouse, a carrier, a broker of record, or a party to any storage or services agreement formed between a Brand and an Operator. Each match is an introduction; the commercial terms of any engagement are negotiated and contracted directly between the parties.
Facility counts shown on the Service describe mapped, addressable sites in our network data — not contracted partners — as disclosed alongside those figures.
3. Match requests and listings
When you submit a match request or a facility listing, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that we may share it with counterpart parties as needed to perform the matching — for example, sharing a Brand's request details with candidate Operators in the relevant region. Operators are responsible for the accuracy of their stated capabilities, certifications and rates.
4. Fees
Searching the grid and submitting a match request are free. We do not currently process payments between Brands and Operators through the Service. If platform fees are introduced, they will be disclosed before they apply to you.
5. Acceptable use
- No scraping, bulk-harvesting, or reselling of network data.
- No fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful requests or listings.
- No attempts to probe, disrupt, or overload the Service.
- No use of the Service to store or route prohibited or hazardous goods in violation of law.
6. Intellectual property
The Service — including the map, the routing engine, the design and all content we publish — is owned by Atlas or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you submit (listings, photos, documents) and grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the Service.
7. Estimates and service descriptions
Rate estimates, routing times and placement timelines shown on the Service are good-faith figures based on network data and current operations. They are informational, not binding quotes or guarantees, unless a specific written guarantee with a stated remedy accompanies them.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any match will result in an agreement, or that any Operator or Brand will perform.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of goods, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service or from any engagement between a Brand and an Operator. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time; sections that by their nature survive (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) survive termination.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE].
12. Changes
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
