AK & HI shown inset · all 50 states carry mapped capacity
A map of the United States drawn entirely from 10,000 mapped warehouse facilities, densest at the Inland Empire, Dallas–Fort Worth, Chicagoland, northern New Jersey, Atlanta and Savannah.
Warehouse space anywhere in America. Matched in minutes.
Warehouse Atlas routes your request across a nationwide grid of 10,000+ mapped facilities and returns matched regional capacity instantly — at localized market rates, with zero broker markup.
Addressable network of storage and 3PL sites, geocoded and capability-tagged.
Every state carries mapped capacity, including Alaska and Hawaii.
Median time from submitted request to matched regional capacity.
From accepted match to a facility ready to receive inventory.
Warehousing runs on brokers. Brokers run on phone calls.

The engine routes your request
The AI Automated Bidding Engine queries regional facility capacity across the grid and returns matches ranked by rate and distance.
Compare matches, book direct
Localized market-floor rates with no broker layer. Confirm a facility and start moving inventory.
A named facility, a distance, and a rate you can act on.
Not a callback, not a shortlist someone reads to you over the phone. Every match arrives with the facility identified, its distance from your ZIP, what it has open and what it charges — so the comparison is yours to make, not one you are walked through.

Illustrative format, not live availability — facilities are shown as A/B/C rather than named. On a real request the name, full address and a direct contact are released the moment you accept, along with an itemized rate sheet.
Capacity for the shape of your year.
Overflow & seasonal buffer
Peak inventory that won't fit your own footprint. Take the space for the season and give it back after.

Rates anchored to localized market floors. Zero broker markup — ever.
Every quote shows the facility's own rate for its region. Nothing is layered on top, because there is no broker in the middle to pay.
A broker's margin does not appear on your invoice as a line item. It is folded into the rate, which is what makes it hard to argue with — you cannot negotiate a number you never see.
So here it is as a number. Pick your region and volume, and the estimator shows what that layer costs you over a year.
Past the ballpark stage? Send us your full shipment spec — weights, cadence, handling — and get matched quotes instead of an estimate.

Facility standards
Nothing enters the grid without documentation on file. Capabilities are recorded per site, not claimed in general.

- Live WMS with inventory visibility
- Food-grade / FDA-registered
- Hazmat certified

Placement commitment
The 24-hour target is a commitment with a consequence attached, not a marketing number.

- If we miss it, the Atlas fee on that placement is waived
- Measured from acceptance, reported monthly
You are handed the facility, not held between you and it.

The questions people ask on the call.
Do I need an account to see what capacity is available?
No. Enter a ZIP or city and the map returns the number of mapped facilities within about fifty miles immediately, with no sign-up. Contact details are optional even when you file a request — they only determine how we get matches back to you.
Who do I actually contract with — Atlas or the warehouse?
The facility. Atlas routes the request and surfaces the rate; the storage agreement is between you and the site that takes your inventory. That is what "no broker in the middle" means in practice — we are not reselling you someone else's space at a margin.
What if I need to end it early, or need less space than I booked?
Terms are by the pallet and by the month rather than a multi-year lease, so the normal case is that you stop when the season stops. Exact notice periods sit with the facility and are shown on the rate sheet before you accept.
How does payment work?
Rates and payment terms come from the facility and are itemized on the rate sheet you receive with a match — storage, handling and accessorials broken out separately, so you can see what each part costs rather than one blended number.
What does "vetted" mean before a facility is on the grid?
A current certificate of insurance and a live WMS with inventory visibility are the baseline. Any capability a site claims — food-grade, hazmat, temperature control, bonded, FTZ — has to be documented per site before a request needing it will route there.
Can Atlas connect to my WMS or ERP?
Not yet. Integrations are on the roadmap and are not live today, so we are not going to imply otherwise. Right now requests and matches move by web and email; if a systems integration is a hard requirement for you, tell us in the notes on your request so we know it matters.
What happens if you miss the 24-hour placement target?
The Atlas fee on that placement is waived. It is measured from the moment you accept a match, not from when you first searched, and we report performance against it monthly.
Is 10,000+ facilities the number you have contracts with?
No, and the distinction matters. That figure is the mapped, addressable network — sites we have geocoded and capability-tagged. It is not a count of signed partners, and we say so in the footer of every page rather than letting the bigger number do work it has not earned.
