Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect what the matching needs, we don't run analytics or ad trackers, and location on the map is consent-gated and approximate.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

1. What we collect

We collect information in three situations, all of them initiated by you:

  • Match requests. Contact details (name, email, company), the region you're searching, and your requirements — pallet count, dates, capabilities like food-grade or hazmat.
  • Facility listings. Contact details, facility location and capabilities, rates you choose to state, and documents or photos you upload (insurance certificates, facility images).
  • Approximate location, with consent. If you allow it in the consent banner, we use your approximate (city-level) location once to center the map on your region. Declining changes nothing else about the site. You can withdraw consent any time via “Manage consent” in the footer.

We do not run third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or social media pixels.

2. How we use it

  • To route match requests to fitting facilities — the core of the Service.
  • To review facility listings before they enter the grid.
  • To respond when you contact us.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Service.

3. When we share it

Matching requires sharing: when the engine matches your request to facilities, the request details travel with it so the facility can respond. Likewise, when a facility matches a request, its stated capabilities and contact route are shared with the requesting brand. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf: our database and authentication run on Supabase, and uploaded media is stored and served by ImageKit. Both act under their own security and data-processing commitments.

4. How long we keep it

Match requests and listings are retained while they're active and for as long as needed for the operations of the network. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (below), and we'll remove it unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.

5. Your choices and rights

  • Location consent — grant or withdraw any time via “Manage consent” in the footer.
  • Access, correction, deletion — ask us what we hold about you, fix it, or have it deleted via the contact page.
  • Do-not-sell — we don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of; residents of states with privacy laws (California, Colorado, and others) may exercise the rights above the same way.

6. Security

Data lives in access-controlled infrastructure with row-level security policies enforcing who can read what. No internet service can promise perfect security, but access to lead data is limited to staff who need it to operate the network.

7. Children

The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

If our data practices change — for example, if analytics are ever added — this policy and the consent banner will change before the practice does, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect it.
